Relax and take care of your health.

Sport trainers are very good at training people, but not so good at looking after your health. Many professional sportists retire at 30 year of age, because of injuries. Most of the traumas are due to excessive overuse of joints because of excessive daily activities. Well, at least this is what I have been told by a professor about any sport that involves running and jumping.

My professor told that people try to develop less harmful training regimes. The main idea is to vary your training, have some days when you focus on Pilates and calisthenics, less running and heavy weight lifting. More quality and technique and less quantity in repetition and wight.

Be a coach-able individual, trust your coaches and teammates, prioritize training and ensure your work ethic and lifestyle reflects the goals you wish to achieve(i.e optimal nutrition, sufficient sleep etc). And train as hard and smart as you can!
