• Question: What sort of challenges does your job pose?

      I think that one of the most challenging things is also the most interesting: everything keeps changing, new ideas come out all the time, so you have to try to be on top of it. However, this keeps your mind sharp.
      You can also end up working a lot, but if you try to organise and plan what you do well, you can manage to keep a good balance.

      For me it is a constant set of puzzles to be solved which are both challenging and fun. The problem for me is sometimes I get so obsessed with solving on puzzle that I forget to work on other things that might be more important! Organisation is probably my biggest challenge.

      The plastic challenge is really broad and there’s alot of things we need to tackle and tackle them together to give unity and the best chance that everything can be implemented.

      So a lot is going on right now. Because it is a hot topic a lot of focus from our stakeholders. The pressure is on!
