      When I joined the company I worked for they were in the process of introducing a new product into the market. I was tasked with making it possible to be mass produced. This was tricky as designs generally work brilliantly but when it comes to repeatable manufacture they can fall short. There were lots of problems to solve and a lot of people to involve during the process.

      Currently one of our new designs keeps popping PCB’s and we are still trying to find out why. so everyday is a problem solving day.
